HOW IT WORKS
A thoughtful process for your dog

1. Meet & Greet
We start with a relaxed introduction to get to know you and your dog. This gives us time to learn their personality, routine, and needs—while making sure everyone feels comfortable.

2. First Walk
Every new client begins with a connection-focused walk. This allows us to build trust, understand communication cues, and meet your dog where they are.

3. The Right Fit
From there, we create a plan that fits your dog. Whether that’s solo care or thoughtfully matched companions, we move at their pace—always prioritizing comfort and positive experiences.
ABOUT
We Are Wicked Good Walks

Wicked Good Walks was born from a simple idea: every dog deserves to feel safe, understood, and genuinely cared for. Founded by Judi LaBonte in Cumberland County, Maine, the business grew from a love of animals and a desire to create a more thoughtful, personal experience for both dogs and their people.
What started as a small, local service has grown into a trusted community of familiar faces—where dogs build relationships, settle into routines, and feel comfortable being themselves. Whether it’s a daily walk or time spent at home, the goal is always the same: to create positive, meaningful experiences your dog looks forward to.
At Wicked Good Walks, it’s not just about care—it’s about connection. And we’re proud to be part of your dog’s world.

OUR APPROACH
Care Designed Around Your Dog
At Wicked Good Walks, we believe dog care should never be one-size-fits-all. Every dog is different, and our approach is built around meeting them where they are—emotionally, socially, and physically.
We move beyond the traditional pack model to provide care that is choice-based, dog-centered, and rooted in positive reinforcement. Some dogs thrive with companions, while others need space—and we respect and support both.
Our focus is on creating calm, positive experiences where dogs feel safe, understood, and set up for success. Through thoughtful pairings, consistent communication, and ongoing learning, we aim to build trust with every dog in our care.
Because how we show up for your dog matters just as much as what we do.

TESTIMONIALS
Happy Dogs. Happy Humans.

"Wicked Good Walks provides a level of in-home care that goes beyond expectations. Our dogs were safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for every step of the way. The attention, love, and little updates made all the difference. It gave us such peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands, and we came home to happy, relaxed pups."

"We adopted our sweet pup in July, and she has so much energy—so finding Judi at Wicked Good Walks has been the perfect match. I was really impressed by her thoughtful questions during our first meeting; it was clear she truly cares about Rhea. Rhea gets SO excited to see her and even watches for her out the window when they get home! The post-walk nap is just a bonus. Can't recommend enough!"

"Judi was very professional and thorough in gathering all the information before she started to work with our dog. She does an excellent job finding the right dog(s) to pair with, so he has positive social experiences as well as exercise. We’ve seen such a difference in his confidence and behavior, and it gives us peace of mind knowing he’s in such capable, caring hands."
